LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

At such a busy time of the year we hope you find it helpful to have a preview of our ordering deadlines to help you plan when to buy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Due to the high volume of parcels in transit globally, we are experiencing delays with some of our deliveries at this time. As we don’t want to disappoint customers, we are currently unable to take international orders for delivery outside the UK from our www.tomandteddy.co.uk website.  If you would like to order for delivery post-Christmas, please send an email to contact@tomandteddy.com and we can organise this for you.

The standard domestic delivery time in the UK is 3-5 working days.

Please note if you require express delivery on items ordered, you will need to cover the appropriate postage cost.

We will always aim to meet these timeframes but there may be occasions outside our control when your parcel is delayed.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address.
